All new NSF commercial grade equipment: 6 burner Imperial Stove with oven, Double Stack Blodgett Bakers Depth convection Ovens; 20 Quart Globe Professional Mixer with all attachments; Ice Maker; Double Door True Refrigerator; Single and Double door True Freezers. 3 Compartment sink; produce sink, hand washing sink and commercial dishwashing machine. Lockers available for long term or short term rent.
Pots, pans and baking racks are also available for usage by chartering chefs.
Kitchen is available for rent by the hour, 4-8 hour minimum by the day, week and month with rates depending on usage and time required. Hours of availability will be scheduled on a 1st come basis. All reasonable hours will be considered.
Mandatory requirements prior to usage: Current Food handler Certificate; deposit will be required upon agreement of contract of usage; proof of liability insurance.
Stevos Commercial Kitchen will not be responsible for any liability or damages and shall be named on insurance policy.
